A raw idea is not enough. I shape promising ideas into clear concepts so people can understand the whole story. Each concept should answer:
Concept Elements
- Customer / Stakeholder: Who benefits?
- Problem: What specific problem, frustration, risk, or opportunity does this address?
- Benefit Promise: What meaningful improvement does the idea deliver?
- Proof: How does it work, and why should people believe it can deliver?
- Price / Cost: What does it require in money, time, effort, or change?
- Value: Why is the benefit worth the cost?
- Name / Headline: Can the idea be explained in a clear, compelling way?
Why This Matters
Many ideas fail because the story is incomplete. The problem, promise, proof, and value must work together as one coherent system.
