Step 5 of 8

Shape Clear Concepts

A raw idea is not enough. I shape promising ideas into clear concepts so people can understand the whole story. Each concept should answer:

Concept Elements

  • Customer / Stakeholder: Who benefits?
  • Problem: What specific problem, frustration, risk, or opportunity does this address?
  • Benefit Promise: What meaningful improvement does the idea deliver?
  • Proof: How does it work, and why should people believe it can deliver?
  • Price / Cost: What does it require in money, time, effort, or change?
  • Value: Why is the benefit worth the cost?
  • Name / Headline: Can the idea be explained in a clear, compelling way?

Why This Matters

Many ideas fail because the story is incomplete. The problem, promise, proof, and value must work together as one coherent system.
